I can’t track the baggage because this form doesn’t work - your not even reading what people are writing and just putting a generic reply. I’m only in this city for 24 hours so want them sent back to my home address.
@British_Airways it’s impossible for me to submit a missing baggage report - I have tried multiple times and info all correct - not even a number I can call. On holiday with no clothes
@askdepop hey, I have an evri shipping label to send to a customer, but I don’t have a printer. Are you able to reprint the label in an evri drop location? Confused!

@LNER your website says if you have lost your payment card when collecting tickets you can sort it out - agent on phone just said I will lose my tickets?!?
@VirginMoney terrible service today after you asked me to contact you. Could barely hear the agent and then she cuts off after I’ve been on hold for 20 mins

@hulu_support I can’t log in to my account to cancel my subscription as it’s blocked. I’m in the UK so can’t call you. I’m being charged for an account I can’t log into.
