@RBI@RBIsays When all the banks are changing their T&C regarding #Rewards on a daily basis based on the #MCC, why there is no rule for the banks to displays the same on charge slip or OTP page when customer is making payment and avoid the disputes later.

@excitel_rocks if you really are serious about resolving problems and customer satisfaction, replace my router at the earliest for the device drop issue and arrange a callback from a senior technical officer who understands networking and not some junior customer service agent
@excitel_rocks And only lip service here and they are scared to give a written reply on email, their email response is as discussed over call we have provided all info but when asked to give in writing they stop responding so that customer will have no proof of their service deficiency
So it's not even a day that I have got @excitel_rocks installed and I am already regretting my decision. The people who were calling daily to get it installed are not picking phone. This is garbage. My money wasted and there is no support. False promises by sales to make you pay
@excitel_rocks Even if I just ignore the ipv6 part, this is still unusable, router keeps dropping devices. The ticket is open from the last 3 days but no action was taken to replace the router. They boast about 4 hours resolution but their service is pathetic. Nobody bothers to look at tickets
@excitel_rocks The best is that you take back this garbage and refund my money as I don't think your teams are capable enough to resolve the issue. I have installed excitel only on 1 condition that I will get IPV6 which your sales team confirmed but now your teams are denying it.

@excitel_rocks Your team is asking me the proof for 3+2 as they don't have any 3+2 plan. So attaching here the proof. Either you are making customers fool or you don't know what is happening in your company

@Flipkart has deployed bots as customer care agents, do not expect a resolution from them. They just want to close the ticket without even understanding concern
@flipkartsupport I have rejected OBD order because it was a used item. now I am told to order again, WHY? its your responsibility to provide a replacement. Just because item price have increased you want me to conveniently order again instead of you proividing a replaement.

@flipkartsupport That's exactly what I have been asking for from last one hour. What was the concern and what is the resolution. But you want to repeat like a bot that we have resolved the concern. My concern is sending a used item but your resolution is that we will deliver the item.
