Chelsea fans claim they know a lot about football but can’t comprehend that bringing in an old head isn’t only for on-pitch reasons
You complain that we have ‘spoilt players’ who easily get frustrated yet can’t comprehend the rationale behind signing a voice in the dressing room
When Alonso said we need a cultural reset what did you think he meant? Very obvious which signings are driven for on pitch results vs building a culture.
Get Alex Scott through the door and this window is a 9/10.
6/8 hybrid, ball-carrying, technical quality, engine, duel monster, and comfortable in all phases of play.
You won’t find many better midfield partners for Caicedo.
Get it done, Chels 🙏🏽
Alex Scott isn't exactly this profile so maybe Chelsea just saw an opportunity there or that he is a 2 in 1 player, and they have historic interest in Wharton, but there has at least been a thought about buying a midfielder with legs, pace, physicality. Chelsea do have the budget to do something big in that position. (@JacobsBen, TheCFCHub on Twitch)
These people have got a huge set of brass balls doing this stuff. Some of this looks absolutely straight up. This is the kind of thing I could sit down next to with a cooler of beer and watch all damn weekend. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Tonali went to 17th place Tottenham for £100M
Matheus Fernandez left relegated West Ham for Tottenham for £85M
Elliot Anderson went to Man City from Nottingham Forest for £116M
Guess what, the EPL Young Player of the Year, 2023/2024 and current Europa League Player of the Year, Morgan Rodgers is just too much for £117M 🤣🤣🤣🤣
