The Commissioner has published an update highlighting the action taken by key public bodies in response to her ‘Access Denied’ report, which examined the impact of digital exclusion on older people, as well as the action she has taken to ensure older people’s rights to access information and services are upheld.

We're proud partners of @GoodThingsFdn to together #FixTheDigitalDivide as high digital engagement can save people £900 more a year.

Today, we attended their reception at the House of Lords alongside other partners to hear about the range of work being done at their hubs.

It was also a great opportunity to showcase how #MoneyWellness donate old equipment to the National Device Bank to support digitally excluded people.

We do this because 2.4 million households can't afford their mobile phone contract, highlighting the need for good debt advice.
