The lifetime of trauma that @BorisJohnson has imposed on my everlasting grief as a mother is unforgivable. My Hol was allowed a 20 min drop off to a crematorium with 9 other people. Then 8 weeks later your booze filled party was allowed while my torture continued!!!!

@ZARA have provided the worst customer service, has anybody else ever heard of Zara pre sale apparently they are happy to take your money but then not deliver items and tell you it’s pre sale so you have to wait an undetermined amount of time! Doesn’t say on app items are presale

@VirginTrains ..engers most likely last on the train unable to compete with young able bodied or childless passengers! Find it very concerning that you don’t monitor how many passengers board your trains and feel you need to revise this if you know your process is unsafe!!

@VirginTrains liverpool 1705 train from London has unsafely piled too many passengers onto the train leaving children and disabled people without a seat, blocked aisles causing unsafe hazards due to overcrowding! too hot and shop closed so unable to buy a drink! Conflicts 4 seats

@VirginTrains This issue has not been caused by flexible tickets but by removing to carriages and still allowing the same number of people to board the train! Also then sending a message that reserved tickets are no longer valid and first come first served! Leaving the most vulnerable passen..
