@IRCTCofficial What's the point of Tatkal Option if the site doesn't work during Tatkal booking. Agents are asking for 1000-2000 per ticket if we ask and they guarantee for confirmed tickets, How do they get such assurance if we as common public can't get it?

@flipkartsupport trying to place order for last 2 days now. Everytime the payment will go thorough and it will be redirected to shopping cart. Unable to find a solution, tried mobile app as well the website but same error. Your customer care agent also have no solution to this.

On top of this, The tool given on on website only gives automated answer and then says we'll reach you out, in past 2 months this is third order been messed up and everytime it says we'll connect with you in 24 hours but no calls received from anyone.
