@Ryanair sending us an email telling us to get to the airport early, for that airport to not have bag drop and you have to wait for the desk to open, is not very helpful!!

@HiltonHotels getting v frustrated and disappointed with Hilton. Charged twice for a stay in sept! Hotel said they would sort - nothing since. Raised a case via email with hilton - told 3 days to respond. Over a week later still nothing. How do I escalate this further.
@SamsungUK bit disappointed to see that if I had ordered the samsung 7 watch on amazon I would be getting it in 3 days time. Instead, having ordered through you, I have to wait until the 11th August?? That doesn't seem right!!
