@easyJet I have never been so let down! Flight- 7:30am today @Gatwick_Airport. Gate info not released until 6:33 - took time to get to gate - got there at 7 (30 mins before as normal). Found GATE CLOSED! No one there to help, Plane on tarmac w/ stairs down! Lost £ & a no holiday!
