It’s a very bad experience for someone who came first time to India. Appreciate if it can be resolved at the earliest. It’s already more than 2 days, nothing happened till now.
@IndiGo6E Very bad experience for my friend from Japan, coming first time to India. He travelled from Japan to Delhi via Japan Airlines & then took Indigo from Delhi to Hyderabad. His check-in luggage didn’t reach Hyderabad & it says that it is still in Delhi. Almost 2 days now.

Missing a bolt on an @IndiGo6E international flight. Not sure if it is a safety concern. But Airlines are requested to keep the maintenance 100% for people safety. Fingers crossed🤞

Dear SPF, I would appreciate if the Report No: F/20241021/2103 would have some investigation & updates. For an Expat coming to Singapore first time would only think of a help from SPF in these matters but in this case it’s already 2 months without an update.
