. @virginmedia are just ridiculous. After the debacle last month with our installation they now haven't paid the statutory automatic compensation. When querying this on chat, their agent told me to "be patient" and refused to speak with me further.weve still not received it 10

Days after said chat. Now when I've gone to make a formal complaint their Web form "isn't working" (after I'd already submitted a complaint and it's disappeared into the ether). I don't trust you to phone you so how can I make a complaint?! So fed up with this. May just go direct

@virginmedia I have wasted enough of my life speaking to your incompetent call centre (approx 4 hours in the past couple of weeks). I hope I never have to speak to them again

@virginmedia No because no one in your call centre knows what they're doing. It's only down to your decent installers that it's finally been sorted, almost 2 weeks it was due to be first installed. You will be receiving a formal complaint for the absolute mess you have made of this

For anyone thinking of using @virginmedia for their broadband, DON'T. I've never experienced such awful customer service. I am so angry and frustrated that I am tempted to leave before it's even been set up they're that bad

@virginmedia They are happy to leave you without Internet without any form of sorry or any indication as to how they will fix it

@virginmedia They cancel appointments without telling you and then make up all sorts, saying they don't know why they've been cancelled then suddenly saying it's a system error. They are systematic liars and their customer service is the worst I've ever experience
