26-year-old Thawatchai “Seng” Saetao was murdered by Hamas terrorists in the October 7th Massacre.

The Thai agricultural worker at Kibbutz Alumim had just spoken to his 2-year-old son on a video call for the boy’s birthday when Hamas attacked.

He was initially shot in the leg and stomach and then dragged outside and shot in the head.

He was one of 39 Thai nationals murdered by Hamas on that day.

Tomorrow marks the third anniversary of October 7, a horrific day for Israelis and Palestinians. Those who choose to march in celebration of that day are celebrating the murder and kidnapping of civilians. There is nothing to celebrate in that horror.

What followed for Palestinians was unimaginable horror. Celebrating that day shows a disregard for human tragedy and reinforces what I have been saying for three years: these people do not care about the Palestinians they claim to support. They do not care about the Palestinian civilians killed afterward, or the 1.5 million people now living in tents.

Tomorrow, look at Gaza and the West Bank. People there have nothing to celebrate.
