Very conveniently AA has stuck to the reasoning of weather and blaming it on the storm when it was publically released that AA flights were grounded for an hour. Utterly disappointed.

How is it acceptable for two airlines to pass responsibility back and forth while a senior passenger is left stranded for hours?
[7]
I am asking both airlines to investigate this properly and provide the compensation and reimbursement my mother is entitled to.
@USDOT@FAANews — I would appreciate your attention to this matter.

American says weather. The actual timeline points to the nationwide IT disruption. British Airways then failed to adequately assist a senior passenger for 8 hours.
This is unacceptable. Stop passing responsibility between airlines and take accountability for what happened.

Now @AmericanAir is telling me the original delay was caused by WEATHER. AA experienced a major IT outage on July 28 that resulted in a nationwide FAA ground stop. AA174 was scheduled to depart at 7:10 PM, pushed back at 7:42 PM, and took off after the ground stop was lifted

When it was finally time to board, she requested wheelchair assistance at the waiting area. She was told there were NO wheelchairs available and was told she could complain if she wanted to.
[3]
She then had to wait approx 8 HOURS for the next flight. @BritishAirways provided nothing meaningful beyond a £10 food voucher. My senior mother, who has medical needs, had nowhere to rest.
[2]My mother was traveling from Raleigh to Mumbai. Her first flight, operated by @AmericanAir, was delayed, causing her to miss her connecting British Airways flight in London.
@goodearth_wines I recently purchased the Blanca - Chenin Blanc for the the first time. It has the worst cap packaging I've seen. I tried to use instruments to cut open in the cap & dropped the bottle in the process. Did not even get a chance to taste it!
Disappointed.
