Wanna know what’s even crazier than JK Rowling sharing an upskirting photo of a woman.? When she was called out for it, she literally pulled a ‘she was asking for it with the way she was dressed’.
JK proves time and time again that her feminism is painfully performative and she stands by none of it the second it’s no longer convenient.
I think you can guess whether the woman was transgender or cisgender, but that shouldn’t matter. It shouldn’t be okay to sexually humiliate people you don’t like, period. But this is ultimately revealing of what the anti-transgender rights groups want. They want transgender women to experience a constant state of fear and shame, and they don’t care if they need to use the playbook of the far right to do it or even ally themselves with fascists wholesale. This is an irrational hatred motivated by a desire to harm, not a need to protect cisgender women. It gives these women an out group they can demonise and hurt, and it lets them feel like they’re bonding with the men who have been their enemies for so long. I’m sick of it. I don’t want to reach out to these women or change their minds. I want you, the reader, to know that they are our enemy, and your enemy too.
Congratulations to the Tasmanian Health Department for bringing this public education campaign affirming trans and gender diverse people to the Rainbow Isle.

Love is love—and on this International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia, we’ll keep working to build a world where everyone feels safe and free to be themselves.
My last comment on the US election (bookmark it)
The enormous thing here, as an Aussie, is climate change. This result means little to no action from the US and its satellites, which essentially dooms my children.
That's the tweet.
This is what trans people have to put up with every day, simply for existing. How can anyone genuinely justify this level of hate? I think these people must be utterly miserable in their own lives and projecting that misery on to others.
@zdaniel Doesn’t matter what Labor does.
Until they recognise ALL members of their constituency, their words and promises mean nothing.
Trans people exist. Trans people matter.
Intersex people exist. Intersex people matter.
They should be counted in the census.
Marching at Mardi Gras, you get screamed at like you're a *superstar*. With the full weight of the Murdoch press; the "gender critical" grifters & the far right against them - can you kick in $20 to send these trans kids to MG for some joy? Goal is close.
