Parents both elderly, father has stage 4 cancer. No power since 1.00pm and their post code is not reported as being affected despite local HV power outage. Spent two hours trying to report to @gridcustomersuk on phones as they have disabled option to report online
@PolyglotElsa Could you ask for time back in lieu for the other 2 sessions? Might be their budget is tight, but they could cover you internally to finish early one day maybe?.

Hope 2nd time around works for him, I did similar and it was definitely for the best in the long run.
