@virginmedia @GavinSDR Negative. The call centres have a wait time of 1.20 hrs (on avg). And your technician asked questions that are not related to anything that he should be asking and then when I asked him to book an engineer, the portal that does the same is not working. That is 3 hrs of my life.

@virginmedia For speedtest. Cause everytime an engineer pops in they need proof the internet was down. After 64 complaints you still want to charge me with admin fee?

@virginmedia I did speak to a number of people from support, I was put on hold for about 46 mins, One other time the I was hung upon. Today again it's the Hub's fault. All I wanted was an engineer to come have a look at it.

@virginmedia Tell me one single day where you guys have agreed it is the connection's fault? I called you guys up 25 times in the last 13 days. You know what's the best part? You guys ask the account pwd (3Mins 12 Secs) and then hang up telling it is not office hours.
