@Georgeatasda I placed an order with you on 19 Oct for delivery to store on 24 Oct. I called George on 29 Oct, as the status was still showing as 'preparing order'. Was told the order was at my local store ready for collection. We went to the store and the order was not there.

After several phone calls I am no nearer to getting the order cancelled and payment refunded. I haven't got the goods I ordered. Why is it virtually impossible to obtain a refund?

@nxwestmidlands No they couldn't board the bus. It went a completely different route and missed out a large section of the stops. Did the driver go the wrong way? Not good enough when children are relying on buses to get them to school on time.

@nxwestmidlands any reason why the 07.45 77 bus from Asda Minworth missed out half of the route this morning? My children were waiting by the stop on the Walmley Road near the Wylde Green Road. The bus didn't come, it missed out a huge section of the route and went a diff way.
