@hm very disappointed that I have to pay to return home items as there is no H&M home store in NI. Which is another gripe. Ordered some towels and they were terrible quality so tried to return them to my local store, inconveniently a bus ride away, as the app stated I could.

@duffy0881 In Donegal last night and went to a bar / restaurant. Every single table had a reserved sign on it with two occupied. Eventually we were allowed to sit at one as long as we gave it back for 7pm. This was at 4:30!!

@sainsburys my order has been cancelled by yourselves with no explanation. I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday because there was allegedly some problem with my payment. Then waited up till 11:40pm for it to be delivered. It was meant to come between 9-10pm!! 692804038

@marksandspencer Umm but with 9 rolls of wrapping paper I have 27 pieces of paper seal to try and pick off. Then I have to cut the damaged 15cm off each of the 9 rolls. Then dispose of all that waste. Would one wrap not suffice? #plasticfreeandcommonsencefree

@marksandspencer your wrapping paper does not need 3 bands wrapped round it which don’t come off without pulling off the pattern 😡. That’s 9 roles that I can’t use the first 10-25 cm

@GrainLoft ordered drinks at at 3:24 and at 3:45 no drinks have appeared. Went to bar to cancel and told its not over 30mins so no refund. Stealing bas****s. Didn’t get the drinks we paid for and no refund

@marksandspencer seem unable to deliver flowers to their Northern Ireland customers but @BloomandWild don’t seem to have any problem. They also do a lovely range of flowers 🌸
