@MmtlpD2627 @MCasey5603 I must disagree with you and many others. Only holders owed a dividend is “ Original Series A shareholders”. Anything bought on the OTC is null & void fraud. This is the only way to resolution

Original series A preferred share holders , should be the ONLY ones entitled to compensation. Anyone that bought #MMTLP on the OTC did so at their own risk and took a gamble knowing it wasn’t authorized to trade and not eligible for dividend.

@MmtlpD2627 @MCasey5603 I don’t know or care to know about all the forms. Moving to AST from the start was a bad idea. MMTLP is not an entitlement to nothing, Mmtlp was fraudulent ticker on the OTC market

I never bought on OTC, everyone knew that was a fraud. My share are original Series A preferred
