Did you read the part where I mentioned KEMRI?
If the petition was serious, it would have been backed by data and evidence from local research institutions. I am not sure about the laws you claim were borrowed from wazungu, especially when many of those same countries have legalised and regulate its use.
I even mentioned prescription, lakini agenda must agend, donge.
As you were, mate.
@Agufah@generali_osumo ๐ ๐ Show me where I have attacked your character? Where did you mention arbitrary suppression in your argument before? In fact in your last submission you have not countered any of my points. Anyway, thank you for your time.
Senator Edwin Sifuna congratulates Senator Eddy Oketch on his appointment as Senate Deputy Minority Whip following changes that saw Sifuna de-whipped!
Asanteni sana for releasing Edwin WaKenya Sifuna to us, so we can make him the 6th President of this great country.
The task ahead is so big!
Even when you still did it without reaching the required threshold, we will return this country to lawful processes!

FYI I support Wajakoyaโs proposal on commercial hemp farming. And, even in countries where it is legalised, it is regulated. In the UK for instance, itโs illegal but can be prescribed. Lakini also, in the event you are caught with two or three joints you will be let off, but whoever is supplying you will be apprehended and probably end up in jail. Like I said, haitaki makasiriko, ni open mind na una learn.
@Omamo14@TeyaKevin Kuna watu better looking na hawatumii herb, hao ni nini ime wa weka ? ๐ ๐ Na mbona hii kitu haiko backed ma medical researchers? Kina KEMEI, KWTRP e.t.c Kuuliza tu
Why is Sen @edwinsifuna raising the issue of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital, Kisumu in the Senate today?
When the President announced the elevation of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital (JOOTRH) to a Level 6 National Teaching and Referral Hospital in June 18th 2025, many expected that the change would be accompanied by the necessary legal, administrative, financial, and staffing reforms required for a national referral facility.
However, this has not happened (one year down the line) and when the hospital board requested senate for intervention, our Senator answered the People's call.
It is against this background that today, Sen Edwin W. Sifuna will seek a Statement from the Senate Standing Committee on Health to establish the true status of the hospital's elevation and the measures being taken to ensure it functions as a fully-fledged Level 6 National Teaching and Referral Hospital.
Kisumu Residents deserve more than announcements.
That is the accountability Sen. Sifuna will be demanding in the Senate today.
Asante very much!

@ojwang_fanuel@generali_osumo Obviously, it was meant on a light note, but you get my point. Anything taken to excess, without moderation, becomes harmful in the long run.
Master kwa nini ume jam ? ๐ wewe vuta tu bangi. 100 years ago walikua wana sema ume fyat. Kila mtu ana kuongelesha vizuri but as soon as umetoka wana sema unakuanga ume short. But also, huoni ni kama umejishikisha handy na hio comment yako ? Medicine like any other discipline has advanced over time. 100 years ago, surgery was done without anaesthesia. Anyway as you were ๐
