About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented CX Intern to support our customer engagement and onboarding efforts. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in customer experience, support, or community management. You will be the first point of contact across multiple channels and play a key role in creating positive customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
• Engage with leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain active communication
• Make outbound calls to leads to provide information, answer questions, and drive conversions
• Support the onboarding of new users, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
• Track conversations, feedback, and customer issues for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the team to improve response quality, processes, and overall customer experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
