Virginia Democrats upset bcse state Supreme Court found they violated the rules when trying to Gerrymander the 6/5 ratio to ensuring 10 Dem seats, only 1 Rep. They were supposed to wait until after another election so voters could defeat any legislator with whom they disagree.
