@FuniMat (@ICMol_UV@UV_EG ) will develop a new material for CO₂ capture under high-humidity conditions thanks to an ERC Proof of Concept @ERC_Research grant from the European Research Council.
The project WETCAP, led by Carlos Martí Gastaldo, head of the FUNIMAT group at the @UV_EG, is based on the material MUV-92, which maintains a high CO₂ capture efficiency even in the presence of water vapour, one of the main challenges in current decarbonisation technologies.

Ok here it is - out of 44 FDA approvals this year, 31 are small molecules (70%), 26 of those are oral drugs (84%), 22 of them are chiral (71%). This is the largest number and percentage of chiral FDA approved molecules in a single year. Fitusiran is not a small molecule, bonus.
