@DXBMediaOffice I reckon we should come together as a community, much like in Covid.. and protect Dubai’s reputation.. the news is harming it and i think we should create a viral campaign across all residents to show what Dubai life right now looks like in terms of how well we are protected.
@DXBMediaOffice What can we do as residents of Dubai to help? I’m here 21 years have full confidence in UAE. What frustrates me is the news channels recycling old footage, exaggerating the story.. making out it’s a war zone. UAE has done an exceptional job protecting us so we can live normally
@_Railcards@_Railcards I have tried twice to buy a senior rail card for my mother. The website has an issue. each time you take the payment and each time I receive nothing. I’ve sent two emails trying to get a response regarding the railcard and to be refunded for the duplicate purchase
@BBCPolitics And the expats in Dubai? also still on the red list.. but double vaccinated with sinopharm which you don’t accept. Hotel quarantine fee and duration is excessive and unaffordable when trying to get home to visit parents in care home!
@AlexanderMcNabb Same with Arabian business. I assume it’s to build their online database since print distribution figures mean nothing now. They need to bolster their databases when they go out to pitch their online publication for advertising space.
I’ve just enjoyed my first staycation in almost 6 months and despite all the trepidation, it was just what I needed. If you’re looking for a safer stay, perhaps this will give you some peace of mind. #jumeirahgroup#alnaseem https://t.co/QVOxjJWIZe
@KettGeneral trying for two days to find out how my father John Arscott is at your hospital. Trying to get an update us about his medical condition, no update on tests like MRI. Appreciate you’re busy but no update since he was brought in on Saturday.
@krispykremeUK@MOFILM How does one get in touch with @mofilm to give a brief on a project because I’m not getting any response to website form submissions?
There are those who are head strong and then there’s Julie moss... amazing woman... as I was at the 32km mark at my first Ironman in S. Africa I felt like her, but you do whatever you can to get to that finish line #survival#attitude#iamanironman https://t.co/91r7BqODS9
Julie Moss introduced the world to triathlon, and dramatically changed her life, with her relentless performance and never say die attitude at the IRONMAN World Championships in 1982. She crawled across the finish line in Kona, but walks tall through the world.
@queenofmetrics Had a similar conversation with someone about a major event claiming an absurd number for reach. It's embarrassing that professionals are claiming such figures without giving an explanation of what makes up that number.
Just watching the US committee hearing with Facebook on Bloomberg! It's Staggering how many congressmen and women have no idea how Facebook works and are firing nonsense questions at Mark Zuckerberg..one congress woman from New York couldn't even get his name right #markzuckerMAN
Breaking the silence on Palestinian occupation... what a great perspective from an Israeli soldier who wants to end the occupation. @BBCHARDtalk with Avnet Gvaryahu
