REMINDER: the Supreme Court let Mississippi change the nature of its appeal midway. The fix was in from jump.

In its cert petition, Mississippi asked SCOTUS to review its 15 wk ban under current law. Then RBG died. We got ACB. And Mississippi changed its ask to “reverse Roe.”
