@TCGView @Victoriaokane @C_3C_3 EBT isnt SNAP. EBT just stands for electronic benefits transfer. The card can have SNAP, TANF, and in some states even child support loaded onto it. SNAP is food, the other benefits absolutely could be used to buy clothing, diapers etc.
