Good morning lovely fam.
I will testify
By Sister Ifeoma Onuh on all digital platforms.
May you have the reason to testify of God’s goodness this day in Jesus name Amen
The proverb is not about queuing for food, it’s about mindset. A new title means little if your thinking doesn’t change. In marriage, leadership, or life, maturity is shown not by what you’re called but by how you behave.
Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s choosing to move forward even when fear is present. Years from now, you’ll likely regret the opportunities you never pursued more than the mistakes you made while trying.
The Federal Housing Authority has demolished a multi-billion-naira housing estate in Abuja, stating that the development was illegally constructed on land designated for diplomatic missions and ambassadors.
Nothing is more challenging than showing up and being consistent.
This post is for you my friend, you have been showing up and being so resilient, it shows how strong you are
Today, I am rooting for you
Tell yourself you are strong
Let's win
The first time she caught him cheating, he didn’t apologize.
Instead, he asked, “Have you forgotten the kind of person you used to be?
Suddenly, the conversation wasn’t about his betrayal anymore. It became about her flaws, her past, her mistakes.
She left feeling guilty for asking questions she had every right to ask.
The second time, it happened again.
The third time, she started apologizing before he even spoke.
That was his pattern. Cheat. Get caught. Manipulate. Gaslight. Make her doubt her own reality until she believed she was the problem.
THREAD: Life Is a Work. 🧵
Life is a work.
Not a miracle completed overnight,
but a masterpiece still covered in dust,
waiting for patient hands
that refuse to quit.
Some of us carry invisible scars.
We smile in photographs,
yet cry in silence.
The loudest battles
are often fought by the quietest souls.
You are not late.
You are not forgotten.
You are simply becoming.
Seeds spend months underground
before the world calls them beautiful.
The mountain never apologizes
for being difficult.
It simply waits
to discover who is willing
to climb despite the pain.
Failure is not life's way
of mocking you.
It is life asking,
"How badly do you want
what you're praying for?"
Every rejection
carves a stronger version of you.
Every disappointment
teaches a language
success could never explain.
Some days,
your only achievement
will be surviving.
Celebrate it.
Not every victory
comes with applause.
The people who laugh at your beginning
will someday admire your ending,
forgetting the nights
you spent rebuilding yourself
while the world slept.
Life is a workshop,
not a showroom.
You are allowed
to have rough edges,
unfinished dreams,
and trembling hands.
Don't envy
another person's chapter twenty
when you're still
writing chapter three.
Comparison steals
what gratitude is trying to build.
There are storms
that don't come to destroy you.
They come
to wash away
the version of you
that no longer belongs
to your future.
The strongest hearts
are not the ones
that never broke.
They are the ones
that learned to love,
to hope,
and to rise again.
Keep showing up.
Keep believing.
Keep planting.
The harvest never arrives
the same day
the seed is buried.
Life is a work.
An unfinished poem.
A rough draft
being edited
by pain,
hope,
faith,
and time.
So if today
you feel like giving up,
remember this:
The pages that move the world
are never the ones
that stayed blank.
Keep writing your life.
