Victor Orsinelli grinds out a strong second place finish at today's NA Invitational. All of our @newalbanyTF Eagles came down the home stretch pushing themselves. We'll be back to watch our Girls teams compete (when it's not pouring ☔️☔️. Go Eagles!

Another Championship CC tip.
My athletes always had the greatest success when they attempted to duplicate their best previous performance rather than striving to do more. Allow your additional fitness to produce the improvement not an increased effort. Pressing produces failure.
