We had massive rain in Helen. The parking lot at Country Inn flooded but the water has receded and we are cleaning up. We hope the major rain is over.

While the rain has been heavy in Helen, vendors are setting up now and everything is normal. There is flooding in City Park and those vendors have been moved.
