“forced recovery” should be renamed “everyone around you making you gain weight to make them feel better without actually caring about how mentally ill you are”
@Nyanicoree yeah.. every morning i used to do 20min of hiit cardio training, then each night i'd do 2min regular plank,
1min side plank on each side, and then any anna mcnulty stretch routine. i don't know how i was able to do all that every day while fasting/extremely low intake 😭
