Your customer support agents are giving changing answers and latest is my request is auto cancelled without telling where rs. 51859/- is gone. It looks like your agent had deliberately sent malicious payment link on email and therefore not left with any option but to register cybercrime complaint against your agent.

@tatatrusts yesterday had posted about pathetic service of Airindia. No response received from any senior rep. Stories only given by Airindia Customer Support agents. It seems they had mailed malicious link to defraud someone of money.

@airindia poor state of Air India. Only airlines in world for rescheduling flight need calling help line. They send payment link. After making payment they say it will take two hours to update. After two hours they say they have not received payment so make payment again and for refund contact bank. Why ? Is help line guy fraudster and has sent fraud link ?

@officialepfo More than 4 months for UIN allotment. Online 3 times grievances Pune Cantonment. No action. Grievances are closed with incorrect remarks or action. Mail to HO Delhi does not get replied.

@MSEDCL @NitinRaut_INC had complained two weeks back escalating billing resumed by your Dhankawadi SDO for vacant apartment. No response whatsoever received. They just don't bother to correct wrong billing but are ready always to disconnect.

@MSEDCL @NitinRaut_INC Sharing it won't help as past experiences is that no one at MSEDCL bothers from SDO to Management. No one ever bothered to even acknowledge emails which includes CMDs and Directors offices. The most prompt action by each is send someone to disconnect only.

@MSEDCL it took few months to follow up with your executive engineer of Dhankavadi substation to correct inflated bill for unoccupied flat which had no consumption. Within 2 months you have started same wrong billing. Why ? Why trying to robe a consumer ?

@MSEDCL it's pity that in zeal of generating revenue you are making deliberate false billing. Two month back you accepted and corrected billing to zero for unoccupied flat. This month again you have billed 100 units. Totally unethical Organization with no responsibility.

@EurekaForbes Satisfactory? No way providing service after 11 days and that too after lot of coercion can be considered satisfactory. Over and above you have poor deta keeping of customer address. Improve or you will certainly perish.
