An Appalling Experience with Porter Courier Services!!

It is with a heavy heart and profound disappointment that I recount my recent ordeal with Porter Courier Services.

After a painstaking wait of one month, my parcel, which was handed over to the courier on 23rd June, was finally delivered on 25th July. 

This delivery, which was promised within a mere five days, turned into a distressing saga of inefficiency and neglect.

I fervently hope that the company will take this feedback seriously, revising its policies and principles to ensure no one else has to endure such a dreadful experience. No customer should have to suffer the loss of their belongings due to such appalling service.

@porterit_ I have already DM you the details to which there is no reply, and yet again you are asking me to send details.
I hope your company can find better ways to provide help, for starters one would be just delivering my parcel to me!

Day 27 without my shipment!
A THREAD!

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive my parcel from Porter Courier Services. This has been emotionally, physically, and mentally exhausting.

If my shipment is not received immediately, I will be forced to pursue strict legal action against Porter Courier Services. This is my final request.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered by 18th June but today is 20th and it's not where to be seen!

It sadness to see that I have to suffer so much to get MY THINGS, which I paid MYSELF FOR, TO ME !

Imagine a courier company unable to deliver courier itself, how unreliable!

I booked 3 All India Porters from Bengaluru to Mumbai. Out of 3, only 2 arrived after a 5-day delay, and they were in a terrible damaged condition
