@gailindia I took a new connection for my apartment in Bangalore but there was a leak in the line. We observed the leak and called a technician who fixed it. But this led to a very high bill (Rs. 3800 for 1 month of use). (1/n)

My wife and I tried to get the bill corrected multiple times. We even visited the Gail Gas office in HSR Bangalore. The only person who showed the courtesy to talk to us was the watchman. Gave a number and asked to WhatsApp, but no reply still.
