@Acer_India Disappointed with my recent (May 2026) purchase of Aspire Lite AL1541. Wifi stopped working in just about a month's time. Part of warranty support-I was made to run several self-services myself, all in vain. 2weeks since, waiting for service engg. What is #quality?

@Acer_India Refund, replacement is not possible. Nor is fixing. I have been keeping this non-functional, recently purchased laptop at home for a while. @Acer_India I needed this laptop for a specific usage in August. huge disappointment !!

@Acer_India @Acer_India I am not comfortable with a 2 month old laptop being dissected so much to start working again; and I strongly believe these issues will continue to happen with this laptop as the quality is questionable. pls replace it or return my money. Its a request !!!!!

@Acer_India @Acer_India You may have got an update from your engineer that they declared the motherboard has to be changed. It took us 3 rounds of self-fixing with instructions sent in whatsapp + 3 rounds of engineering visiting home (2 hours each) to get to this point.

Technician brings a new wifi card and that wouldn't work either. I wanted this laptop, and the main use for it is in the month of August.. It isn't useful anymore. I request a laptop replacement or return my money back.

@hillol_sen @jsaideepak ty for the respectful response. isn't education an existential issue too?acc to stats today, less than 50% of govt school children are only expected to return bk to school post-covid. they are either re-purposed for livelihood or hv lost the interest to learn & earn a certificate

Topics like environment/pollution/hygiene, post-covid situation of Indian education, post-covid situation of Indian economy, contribution to women's growth by educating men - all these topics only from the standpoint of where a common man can contribute. @jsaideepak

The takers to the NCERT TV broadcast between 6-9th std were low, due to lethargy on students part, lack of awareness with parents and medium of teaching being only Hindi.

Request is, government should take proactive measures to improve the education/evaluation methods across the economic/social sectors, across curriculums. why should only education suffer when every other service has opened up?

The sampling is done across government schools in some states. The repercussions to this is going to be huge and wouldn't stop with the end of this pandemic.
