Excited to share what I've been working on at @hone! I recently wrapped up my time at Mercor. Thank you @BrendanFoody and @adarsh_exe, it was a privilege to be part of that trajectory.

Mercor gave me a front row seat to model intelligence gains on economically valuable tasks. But the capabilities gap continued to widen: we now have PhDs on demand in a datacenter, yet most knowledge work remains unchanged.

The greatest challenge and opportunity of the moment is closing that overhang: building systems that can own real responsibility, run autonomously for months inside the mess of real organizations, and learn from their own outcomes the way people do.
