📚 Big update for the Meshtastic app: complete docs are now built right in, on both Android and iOS, available in the stores now.
Searchable, organized, and fully available off-grid, so you've got answers even when you're miles from a signal. And they auto-refresh with every app update, so you're never stuck with outdated info.
We've also got firmware 2.7.26 live in beta, packed with tons of new features and fixes. 🚀 Flash it to your nodes and tell us what you think!
Meshtastic will be at Ubuntu Summit 26.04! Our developer, Jonathan Bennet, will be speaking live from London on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 9:30 AM local time.
This year, the summit reflects the open-source community: fully decentralized. Whether you are at the venue or tuning in online, you can join Jonathan's session from anywhere in the world.
His topic will be "Hands-on Meshtastic," where he will share the history of the project, discuss open-source business and culture, and feature a live demo.

Hacking the Mesh with SDR: I took a Raspberry Pi laptop and HackRF to SFO last week to see if I could decode messages at Open Sauce.
While it wasn't complete success, I learned a lot about GNU Radio, Meshtastic, and even tracking airplanes with ADS-B! https://t.co/VAyYLmc4Yg

The local Meshtastic community asked for me to make a case for one of the boards they were developing! (USB LoRA board)
It's actually my first snap-fit model with a cantilever snap!
@lilygo9@trappedpatriot Absolutely thrilled to see this!
If you guys made an nRF42840 + 2W LoRA board, that would be a dream come true.
Perfect combo for solar Meshtastic routers.
*elevator door opens*
*too full, can't fit*
*awkward silence as all wait for the door to close again*
from the back of the elevator: "for those wondering, the badge does in fact run doom."
*elevator immediately erupts in discussion*
I love my people so much ❤️ #defcon32
@Xfinity Brand new neighborhood, but still installing 1.2Ghz gear.
I'd imagine FDX is off the table for the foreseeable future? Seems like a short sighted decision.
The @SlackHQ redesign is terrible. You can no longer see a list of workspaces without clicking a dropdown. Which also means you can only see there's an unread message in one of the slack workspaces you're in, but you can't see which one without click.
This sucks so bad.
