One of the meditation techniques described in the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra is very simple. Just sit on a chair. Now, instead of thinking about anything, bring your complete attention to your body and feel its weight. Feel how your body rests on the chair. Don’t try to change anything. Don’t relax or analyze. Just observe. The text says that if you can give your complete attention to this simple experience, it can become a doorway to higher awareness. The sacred isn’t hidden in some distant mountain or secret cave. It’s hidden in ordinary moments that we never truly pay attention to.
being venusian, even in the slightest, makes it so that you’ll seek to find beauty in all of it. everything ugly, everything uncomfortable, everything painful. you could be sick as a dog & still think “I should be wearing my cutest pajamas while I recover”. you can go through a horrible heartbreak & see it as a way to deepen your ability to love, rather than to destroy it.

i think it's so funny people say magic and the occult are illogical, when in reality, they are very much logical, and require deep understanding of language, and symbols, their structure, and rules, for them to make sense. it's not that different from computer coding, actually.
When someone's presence feels magnetic, you are sensing a regulated nervous system in real time. The body broadcasts what the brain has learned. Train the nervous system, and the magnetism follows the biology.
the intimacy of sleeping together, but not in a s*xual way. feeling the warmth of their body in a cool room. their hands hugging you tightly. sleepy half-kisses. feeling safe. feeling warm. brushing their hair. closing your eyes again. pulling closer. falling asleep peacefully.
I do believe yin — actual feminine energy — has been suppressed in society and in religious institutions for a reason. Because true femininity is receptive, not obedient and submissive. Receptive to direct knowledge, to the divine itself. That kind of receptivity decentralizes authority, especially in religious institutions.
ever since i started measuring my success by how deeply i slept, how often i laugh, how much beauty i notice,
how connected i feel to God, how frequently my heart feels at peace,
my life improved.
I highly recommend you find yourself a clingy (healthy) lovey dovey partner who's super excited about you. Life is too short to spend it with someone who act like showing love is a chore.
