A KLM flight bound for Curaçao was forced to execute an Atlantic U-turn back to Amsterdam Schiphol on Thursday after a power bank caught fire in Business Class.

According to sources, the device belonged to former KLM CEO and Dutch Minister Camiel Eurlings, who reportedly fell asleep while charging the unit mid-flight—directly violating onboard safety protocols.

KLM has confirmed a passenger sustained minor injuries and an investigation is underway, though they declined to confirm identities citing privacy regulations.

Images from inside the cabin show a scorched window area where the thermal runaway occurred.

Salesforce just put its entire CRM inside Claude that will allow sellers to run CRM workflows without opening Salesforce's own interface.

Announced a major expansion of their partnership, named Claudeforce.

The plugin arrives with 37 prebuilt sales skills and pilot access now, with an open beta planned for September 2026.

So it works through Headless 360 and MCP under existing Salesforce permissions, with one administrator connection replacing per-user setup.

Basically converts Headless 360 from developer infrastructure into a ready-made front end for knowledge workers, removing a setup barrier when individuals had to wire MCP themselves.

Seller's daily prioritization can involve roughly 10,000 clicks, while Claude can execute that workflow in about 30 seconds.

In the demo, Claude also generated a local HTML sales dashboard from Salesforce data, so the interface itself can be created around the task.

Salesforce charges for headless API usage while customers contract separately with Anthropic for Claude inference, tying revenue more closely to agent activity.

The broader partnership also makes Claude the default model for Slack, Salesforce in Claude, Headless 360, and Agentforce Coworker.

Such an interesting partnership, Claudeforce will test whether Salesforce can keep its economic role while Claude takes over more work users once did inside Salesforce screens.
