Honestly it gets worse and worse, thank goodness someone is DOING something about this.

This guy had his bike stolen and traced it down to a house. The bike’s been there for over 12 hours, but listen to how the police acted and the attitude! They say they can’t do anything because the back gate is open and there’s no other evidence. He then argues with the man, who clearly just wants justice for his stolen bike.
