@UrataSyndicate@ArtemR That's fair - but the intention would be that this key is also backed by symmetric crypto, such that the decryption key is generated using a private key as part of its inputs (with time and the S/N of the HW), which you must extract from the FW before having persistent decryption
@UrataSyndicate@ArtemR Depends on the implementation, certainly - but my thought was something like a daily check in that requires your plan to be active to fetch the new key from their servers and be able to decrypt any new data. The private key would need to be extracted from the firmware itself.
@UrataSyndicate@ArtemR I don't think that's true - if we're assuming they could push one more FW update (which it sounds like you agree they could - given E2EE would need that too), simply encrypting BT data with a time+serial # derived key the app needs to fetch regularly post-authorization would work

@wesbos The fully transparent view with the text the same color as comments just makes sense to me; those would be the most likely to become imperceptible over time - anything else will likely always be somewhat noticeable for at least a split second.
@uncertainquark@PlausibleHQ@carrd For the record, you can use these with hash-based pages perfectly fine! Assuming you've been using the right script type - see other response - to gather data all along, you can treat them as normal.
@PlausibleHQ After using them since Day 0, I will say, they sure are fast and convenient, but downside is I now quickly realize how much I miss them in various other apps.
@donohoe@PlausibleHQ @VictorBaudot_ Huh, it actually looks like the colors aren't matching up at all (for the secondary line and its tooltip entry) - I'll take a look 👍 thanks!
If it wasn't for @PlausibleHQ's self-hosted solution, well ... I'd probably still be relying on Google Analytics, which used to report nearly half these numbers for most of the month — makes sense given how many people block it.
Dark theme is coming to Plausible Analytics and I think it looks amazing. Thanks @Vigasaurus for the effort on this, I think people are going to love it
