Upon reviewing booking ID JPSNZ8SDM linked to this mobile number, we found that the host was ready to serve the booking. However, the booking was cancelled at your request.

As per the applicable cancellation policy:

If a booking is cancelled 6 hours or more before the booking start time, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
If a booking is cancelled 15 days or more before the booking start time, without any modifications made to the booking, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

In this case, the booking was cancelled after the booking start time. Therefore, the applicable cancellation charges were applied in accordance with the cancellation policy.
