So much for rules in CS2… 🚨

A small @CounterStrike event in Dubai follows every guideline, sent @HLTVorg all info a month in advance… and got told the day before it started that it wouldn’t get VRS, because they didn’t like how the prize pool was announced (total vs. per game).

Meanwhile, @CS_PerfectWorld "CS Asia Championships" changes slot distribution after the deadline, sticks to an outdated VRS date, gets special wildcards… and keeps full VRS.

Either both get VRS, or neither does - anything else smells like nepotism to me!

Oh and BTW, @HLTVorg didn't tell them anything, they didn't help them - they simply ignored them as a media and as a monopoly holder on the scene... WP @HLTVorg.. ironicly the reason why not giving the event VRS is the fact that they didn't make the info they got more than "in time", public.

Would this have happen if T1 teams where attending?
I think not! Thats what we see at @CS_PerfectWorld event.

And also, Dubai Police Tournament #5 actually did announce the prizepool several times, but not in the way HLTV likes it apparantly...
