@thedermaco @honasa_india Your records. Please look after the matter as i been running pillar to pole and I am regular buying these product so it's sad to know to receive wrong product and no customer support where I can file my complaint hope the management will take action against such frauds.

@bigbasket_com if you can't deliver in 15 min please stop your services. Very disappointed the services . Have ordered 5:24 and till now their is no delivery and when call to customer care they are like you will your order but what is the reason or taking it long. @TOIIndiaNews

@cromaretail well since when I purchased my Refrigerator I am facing an issue . Lately the technician came last year also thrice and fixed and replaced .but that's not feasible i want a real time solution either my product will be replaced or something need to be done.
