I had very worst experience of Amazon delivery in my 10 years of Amazon prime, I ordered a microphone, where the seal was broken. I requested return and waited whole Saturday (1st march 2025) no calls and no pick up
Again amazon rescheduled my pickup Sunday 2nd march 2025
Im so frustrated and fed up by this for past one week, customer care people saying "don't worry, sir, we are here. We will take care of it" but nothing happens, then what's the point of being prime customer?
Standing in a road at 8:30 pm in the night for a return pick up
Now I have to stay in my house whole day waiting for return pick I don't know whats happening with Amazon, Amazon's delivery service team and Amazon customer care. @amazonIN@AmazonNews_IN
