We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer at @zero_university in Dubai.
This is not a role for someone whose first instinct is only, “I can make this look better.”
We are looking for someone who sees a flow and asks, “Why does this work this way? What is missing? What should we try?”
Someone who can enter an unfamiliar domain, understand the patterns, communicate their thinking clearly, and bring a solution with the problem.
At Zero, design does not end at handoff. You will take a problem, prototype it, use AI to understand the product and work through ideas, stay close to the repo, and care about what actually ships.
We still care deeply about craft. But for this role, product judgment, curiosity, communication, and the ability to learn fast matter just as much.
3+ years of product design experience. Full-time and in person in Dubai, with openness to moving as Zero grows.
This is a demanding chapter. If you want real ownership and are ready to grow through hard work, I would love to see your work.

A man earning ₹18,000 a month saved little by little to buy a ₹1,350 school bag for his daughter.
While buying it, he told the shopkeeper, "Please give me a strong one. It should last for a long time."
The next day, his daughter proudly took the new bag to school. Her classmates loved it. Everyone wanted to see it. Some opened the zipper, some checked the pockets, and some even tried it on.
While looking at the bag, one child accidentally pulled the zipper too hard, and it broke.
The classroom became silent.
A friend said, "Let's tell the teacher who broke it."
The girl walked toward the teacher but then stopped. She thought, "Dad worked so hard to buy this bag. I'll ask him first what I should do."
When she reached home, she tried to hide the bag, but her father noticed the broken zipper.
He gently asked, "What happened, dear?"
Through tears, she explained everything and asked, "Should I complain to the teacher tomorrow?"
Her father smiled and said, "I'm not worried about the ₹1,350 bag. I'm happy that you didn't blame anyone in anger. Sometimes people make mistakes without meaning to."
The next day at school, the girl whose hands had broken the zipper came to her with ₹500 from her piggy bank and said, "This is all I have right now. I'll pay the rest later."
The daughter refused to take the money.
When she told her father about it that evening, he smiled and said,
"See, if you had argued or complained immediately, you might have lost a friend. But because you stayed calm and trusted her, she got the chance to admit her mistake."
That day, the daughter learned an important lesson:
Money can replace things, but honesty, kindness, and the courage to accept a mistake are far more valuable.
We did it!
4167 Km in 68 Days. 23 Hours.
From the southern tip of India in Kanyakumari to the Kashmir, we made it together.
A new World Record is here.
When this run began, I knew the road would test me in every possible way. There were days of unbearable heat, endless rain, heavy traffic, mountains, pain, exhaustion, and moments when my body wanted to stop.
But I knew why I started.
This record is not mine alone.
It belongs to every person who stood on the roadside and cheered, every person who ran miles with me, every soldier who encouraged me, every prayer offered for my safety, and every message that reminded me to keep going.
My deepest gratitude to my incredible team, who stood beside me every single day, making sure I could keep moving forward.
A heartfelt thank you to all my sponsors and partners for believing in this dream and making this historic Run possible. Your support gave this run to the strength to reach the finish line.
This victory belongs to all of us.
From Kanyakumari to Kashmir, we didn’t just break a record, we showed what relentless belief, courage, and consistency can achieve.
Record is done but the Run will continue.
Now towards the Mighty Karakoram from tomorrow onwards.

The premise behind the extraordinary AI investment wave is this: the only technology that will matter is AI. All other technology will be subsumed by AI because they can all be reinvented and vastly improved by a powerful enough AI.
For example, AI will help find solutions to climate change. AI will help find medicines to cure cancer. AI will help solve the housing affordability problem in cities. AI will help us end war (okay, may be this one is my hallucination!)
If you accept the fundamental premise and the concrete examples listed above, the only technology worth working on is AI.
Do you accept the premise?

Meet Vamshi Kodali, a Product Development Consultant at Hoopstr. It was a school bandh today, and Vamshi couldn’t leave his daughter at home. He could have chosen to work from home, but he decided to show up. So she came along.
She spent the day exploring the office, playing with everyone, and keeping the team entertained. For a few hours, our workplace looked a little different.
But as the day went on, she eventually found her way back to the place she felt most comfortable .... her dad’s lap.
Moments like these remind us that fathers don’t stop being fathers when they come to work.Behind every employee is a parent, a child, a family, and a life that matters.
Sometimes culture isn’t what you write on a wall.
It’s what happens when life shows up at work and everyone makes space for it.

We applied for approval during the previous government through the normal process. I never posted this on X or anywhere else. We endured the delays and "demands".
The approvals came through automatically after the new government came and I am thanking the government in public.
I hear of similar positive experiences from many other people. That is a very refreshing change.
Our rural school Kalaivani Kalvi Maiyam, which provides completely free education to rural children, faced delays getting approvals from the previous government. Of course, significant money was demanded and we were told that was the only way, even if it is a completely free school.
After @TVKVijayHQ came to power, approvals have happened quickly and automatically.
I am very happy to appreciate this positive development in our state. Thank you Thiru Vijay Avl for this refreshing change🙏
This is what last 31 days look like.
Everything starts in the mind.
If you truly decide to achieve something, no force can stop you to accomplish that.
All you need to put on your discipline, hard work, and consistency in that. And that’s the whole game.

A Stanford neuroscientist warns high cortisol wrecks memory, enlarges your fear center, and make your brain feel broken.
If I wanted to fix it naturally, I'd do these 8 things every day:
1. Walk barefoot on grass for 5–7 minutes.
