Git was never my problem. The bottleneck is verification: every test green, production quietly wrong. Anthropic's says that their engineers now review the intent of a change rather than every line.

That part transfers to any team size

@AVnester_com runs 140 MCP tools, so I audited what that actually changes after MCP went stateless.
Mid-call confirmations break: Four of my tools pause for a human yes or no, which was never answered.

With the new spec's it return "input required" with a signed state token.
