I am facing a Green line issue in my M52 after this Software update. The phone is mint condition and performing well. What Should I do?? Waiting for your response

😤Guys never ever buy Samsung phone. They will not solve Manufacturing and Software defects triggered faults in your phone if your phone is out off warranty.

@SamsungIndia Hi team, why should I pay for bugs in software updates?? Please check what One Plus doing and react guys. Your team totally spoiled my views I had on samsung as a brand.

@SamsungIndia The Samsung service cleared the phone that there no no damage to the phone screen, that has triggered the green line.

The issue is seen after the recent software update.

I made a mistake by recommending samsung phone to my family. Never ever will do this mistake @SamsungIndia

@kaustubh00fcb @SamsungIndia Yeah they diagonised my phone and confirmed that there is no damage to the phone. So it is due to software bug. But the service guy told they will change the screen, but we have to pay for it. But this is no our mistake. They should recall all M52 and do free screen change 😢
