Kalergi Plan is just a conspiracy theory. In Finland or anywhere, natives always get first priority — but if spots are left, someone has to take them. If people are willing, who am I to stop it? Same way any Finnish student can apply to RUN-EU/EP visits like I did. Many just don’t use the options, that’s why I’m doing Finland Uncovered. so at least locals know these chances exist.
