An engineer turned into a product designer. I've been working in a startup for the past 3+ years. I've worked in the domains of HR Tech & Testing Automation.
I started designing Assessment as a service (AaaS).
AaaS is an AI-powered assessment feature that lets recruiters create and manage evaluation templates. Recruiters can then invite candidates to attempt aptitude tests, coding challenges, or take-home assignments on the platform.

I've designed an Interview as a System (IaaS) feature for an HR Recruitment platform. IaaS is an interview scheduling feature where external PRO experts conduct interviews to deliver highly talented candidates.
