Jiofin will be a huge player in the future.Will need to prove themselves in a totally new arena. Ambanis are known for their disruptive innovations🤞. Valuations high & that cud quickly change with good earnings.Time will tell..

@dmuthuk Very true, more players with bigger pockets entering paint industry is only going to make it more competitive. Heard KM Birla speak about Grasim's Opus Paints plans. Future:
Asian Paints, Grasim Opus(Birla) , JSW Paints, Astral...could be the hierarchy in terms of market share.

@dmuthuk Paytm,Yes very much.Good chance,paytm payments bank can be taken over by Airtel or Jio Fin.
Also,Byju's was raising funds & spending into marketing like there is no tomorrow & valuations went into a bubble. New gen startups shudn't forget,there is no replacement for earnings.

When we buy a company's share, it is good if we know the complete picture of it.Just like when we buy/become a part(ner) of a traditional business.Research well,once absolutely sure, invest & never sell(if no red flags in future). Generational wealth is created like that

Quality of the management wud stand right at the top!Captain of the ship is really important if it needs to steer forward

Rallying markets may give unjustifiable gains for companies without #fundamentals & #earnings.

But the real picture emerges when #Markets correct.

The good old saying holds good: Earnings & only good earnings growth is all that counts.Keep it simple!

Start investing in small portions & consistently.

Good fundamental #stocks would not be available at today's prices after 1 year/3 years/5 years....

In a #Market which is rallying, ppl look at P/E ratios & term stocks,expensive.
Look at PEG ratio instead,which considers earnings growth for a period of time(historical/forward earnings growth rate)& can give a very different picture.

Not a great trend,I feel.Lack of social interactions & connections is 1 major reason for mind related issues.

Take a break from phones & OTTs. Spend time with nature,meet people,play #sports.
