@anandmahindra@mahindraesuvs - Booked on July 16th in Anant Cars Bangalore. Many mis informations but finally Promised delivery for 10th Aug. It's been 12th Now. Only new stories every time and no progress. Only update is "In Transit" for more than 2 weeks now. 😔

Why is entire Cult team (via all channels) unresponsive? I joined cult and liked it - but you guys stopped operations in my area that was my preferred time and reduced slots that now it’s a dog fight to get a slot. Now unresponsive to cancel my mental and refund me too. :(
@cultfitOfficial : You have a backend team who can call people for ensuring they get membership and you get money. When there is a serious service grievance, no number to talk and though multiple tickets are open for a week, no single response. What a pathetic design #CultScam
@mukeshbansal06 : Please take a look. There’s a disconnect between what the facilitator of the venue says and cult backend team responds. I doubt if it’s a strategy to not give any service what I opted for but also no response and refund the same.
I raised two tickets and waiting response on both. I’ve added multiple comments in those with a belief that some notification will reach the backend team but no use. I wanted that membership to be cancelled and money refunded. Unable to talk to any representative too. #CancelIt

I was using Instamart for several months now - but all of a sudden from yesterday I’m not seeing it. I’m a Swiggy One member and that I feel my One membership is of a waste if I don’t have instamart option.
